Whilst working as a marketing assistant at The Wild Company, I assisted the management of Polycote’s Instagram, a flooring and building maintenance company. We aimed to build a social media presence, personalise the channels, and establish a new branding which suited the established logo and website design.
My responsibilities included editing video content tailored for Instagram reels to broaden audience engagement, leveraging my copywriting skills to transform online articles into a social media advice series, promoting seasons products and offers to drive sales and overseeing the scheduling of this content.
Recognizing the importance of multi-platform outreach, I adapted content for other social media channels, such as LinkedIn, ensuring audiences were reached at all points of contact. Another key aspect of my role involved generating comprehensive monthly data reports to track our performance and inform future strategy adjustments. Below are examples of content I created:
